We’re looking for a Senior Software Developer in Test to play a key role in shaping the future of our testing ecosystem. In this role, you’ll own and evolve our AWS/Kubernetes‑based test infrastructure, build and optimize automation frameworks, support functional and performance testing across our platforms. You’ll develop internal QA tools, improve testing practices, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive high‑quality delivery at scale. You will also contribute to our long‑term QA strategy, including the adoption of AI‑powered testing capabilities.

In this role, you’ll own and evolve our AWS/Kubernetes‑based test infrastructure, build and optimize automation frameworks, support functional and performance testing across our platforms. You’ll develop internal QA tools, improve testing practices, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive high‑quality delivery at scale. You will also contribute to our long‑term QA strategy, including the adoption of AI‑powered testing capabilities.



WHAT YOU WILL DO:​

Own and maintain the test infrastructure and tooling ecosystem, including AWS‑based resources, Kubernetes environments, and CI/CD test executors.
Design, build, and optimize test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
Lead and support functional and performance automation initiatives in collaboration with QA and development teams.
Administer and maintain core QA systems, including Selenium Grid, reporting platforms, and monitoring dashboards (Dynatrace, Grafana, etc.).
Ensure security, compliance, and timely patching across all components of the test infrastructure.
Diagnose and resolve infrastructure, pipeline, and automation issues in collaboration with development and QA teams.
Drive the development and enhancement of internal QA tooling, including the QES portal, simulators, and custom test utilities.
Participate in shaping QA strategy by integrating AI tools and capabilities into QA processes, infrastructure, and internal testing platforms.
